As a business traveler, my stay at Terrace Bay Hotel - Lakefront was a mixed experience. the 15000 square feet of conference space and meeting room were adequate for our corporate retreat, providing a suitable environment for our workshops and presentations. the hotel's free Wi-Fi in rooms was a valuable asset, allowing us to stay connected and work remotely without any major issues. The convenience of free parking and the 24-hour reception made logistics smooth for our team. the bar/lounge area and restaurant were pleasant spaces for networking and informal meetings. The indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were relaxing amenities after a long day of meetings. the availability of flat-screen TVs in the rooms allowed for some downtime entertainment. the hotel's proximity to outdoor activities like cycling, fishing, and golf provided a nice balance for unwinding after work. As a non-smoking property with wheelchair access, Terrace Bay Hotel catered well to business travelers' needs. While the hotel may benefit from some updates, especially in terms of room soundproofing and overall maintenance, the business amenities and peaceful lake views make it a decent choice for corporate gatherings.
